For example, if you sign up for Altura's business plan analysis and RCR advisory services at the Tier 5 level, you will pay us $10,000 as an upfront Engagement Fee at the start of each day of consulting with a minimum initial term of 1 day. If at the end of that day, you don't decide to contract for additional services and for any reason (or no reason) aren't satisfied with the value of the services already provided during the prior time period, then Altura will refund you 100% of the upfront Engagement fee (e.g., $10,000). Altura guarantees delivery of the specified number of installs within the specified time period. The campaign period begins as soon as payment has been received, the tracking mechanism has been verified by both sides, and the app is launched. If the app doesn't achieve the full number of installs in the allotted time, then the unearned balance of campaign funds will be returned to the advertiser (unless the advertiser chooses to allow the campaign to continue on a 30 day auto-renewal basis) along with a penalty payment equal to 10% of the upfront fee.

5. Sell Your App / Web Site / Company
Altura is also interested in helping asset owners realize a nice return on their investment by selling their App, Web Site and/or Company. For many entrepreneurs, the number of potential buyers for their assets is limited to a fairly small circle of local investors and a relatively meager rolodex of prior business contacts. This leads to a lower valuation for their asset because they either don't know the buyers who would most highly value the asset or they can't get the attention of these buyers. Therefore, the lone entrepreneur often has to settle for a less than ideal price.
Altura changes this equation for entrepreneurs interested in selling their assets, by creating a situation where it is Altura's responsibility to find prospective buyers and negotiate a deal that achieves a higher than expected price for the asset being sold. Our standard terms are based on an engagement fee, a percentage of the proceeds up to the Minimum Target Price (MTP) and a higher percentage for amounts over this MTP. The MTP concept is desgined to align your interests as the asset owner with Altura's interests as your sales agent. The correct MTP is the one at which you would be willing to sell your asset prior to engaging our assistance. Our goal will be to get you more than your MTP.For our asset sales services, we offer the following success-based fee structure:

For example, if you signed up at the Tier 5 level and decided that the MTP for your asset was $300K and we found a buyer for $600K, then you would make a total of $395,000 = -25,000 upfront + $270,000 (0.90*$300,000) + $150,000 (0.50*($600,000-$300,000)) and we would make a total of $205,000 = $25,000 upfront + $30,000 (0.10*$300,000) + $150,000 (0.50*($600,000-$300,000)). Of course, there is no guarantee that we will find a buyer willing to pay even your MTP, but if we don't then you don't have to sell your asset.

While we can help at every stage of the process, especially if a buyer has already approached you because this helps establish a fair MTP, it is best when we are allowed to manage the process from the beginning.
