Altura and Cronos partner to lead Web3 game development on Cronos Chain

Altura is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Cronos to help game developers utilize Altura's SDK and APIs to build innovative Web3 games on the Cronos Chain.
With Altura's API & SDKs, game developers can skip Web3 technical complexities like Solidity and blockchain node management.
The partnership aims to reduce the development lifecycle by helping devs easily create, scale, and monetize Web3 games.
Cronos empowers game builders in numerous ways
Backed by Crypto.com, Cronos is a prominent blockchain with 500+ ecosystem partners and developers and $100 million Accelerator Program rolled out in June 2022.
It's an EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain enabling rapid porting of apps from Ethereum and other EVM-compatible networks.
Cronos is built with the open-source framework Cosmos SDK that supports Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC). IBC is a cross-chain communication protocol that fosters interoperability. It allows for bridging other IBC-enabled chains, including Cosmos Hub and Osmosis.
Cronos also enables scalable operations. The applied consensus mechanism -Proof of Authority (POA)- is a scalable model built on top of Tendermint's Proof-of-Stake. By operating through experienced validators, POA ensures cost-effective, secure, fast, and carbon-neutral smart contract executions.
It's also important to acknowledge that Cronos is integrated with Crypto.com. Many Web3 game builders leverage Crypto.com for a variety of services. For instance, they can reach users who prefer to pay with different payment methods, including credit cards and a variety of cryptocurrencies.

We're solidifying our Cronos integration by teaming up with the play-and-earn gameKingdom Karnagein order to bring it to the Cronos chain.
Developed by Kepithor Studios, Kingdom Karnage is a versatile multi-platform trading card game that enables players to construct strategic decks, engage in battles, delve into dungeons, partake in regular as well as seasonal events, compete in real-time tournaments, and earn rewards. The game offers players the option to trade cards either on-chain or off-chain.
